Platform

The EHS platform for manufacturing sites

EHS Go combines eight specialist modules for manufacturers with one shared data foundation, a web app for steering and a mobile app for work on the shop floor and in the warehouse. Here is an overview of every feature.

01Modules

Eight modules, one data foundation

Each module covers one health and safety duty. Together they form the complete cycle of assessing, implementing, checking and improving.

02Shared features

What connects all modules

Safety committee minutes

Prepare and minute meetings in a structured way: participants, topics and decisions. Decisions become actions with owners and deadlines straight away.

Document storage

A folder structure by site, department or topic. Photos and documents from the modules are filed automatically and quickly found via search.

Dashboard and KPIs

Open and overdue actions, upcoming inspections, training status and site inspections – per site or for the entire organisation.

03Access

Steer from the office, capture on the shop floor

Web app

The control centre in your browser: plan, analyse, approve and report. No installation, automatic updates.

Mobile app

For iOS and Android: site inspections, equipment checks, photos, training confirmation and visitor kiosk – even offline.

AI assistance

Hazard suggestions, safety data sheet extraction and draft operating instructions – with source references and human approval.

Integrations

Single sign-on, REST API, your own document storage and, if required, operation in your infrastructure.

05Onboarding

Live in four steps

We guide your rollout personally – from the first site to the entire organisation.

  1. Step 1

    Review

Together we look at your sites, processes and existing documents and decide where to start.

  2. Step 2

    Data migration

We migrate existing risk assessments, substance lists, inspection registers, training records and users for you.

  3. Step 3

    Go-live

After a short introduction, your teams work in the web app and on site with the mobile app.

  4. Step 4

    Expand step by step

Further sites, areas and modules follow at your pace – without changing systems.

06Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What does EHS stand for?

EHS stands for Environment, Health and Safety; HSE and SHE are used with the same meaning. EHS Go focuses on health and safety: occupational health and safety, safe use of work equipment and hazardous substances.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The iOS and Android app complements the web app: for inspections and photos on site, for confirming training and as a visitor kiosk at reception. It works without a network connection and synchronises automatically.

Which AI features does EHS Go offer?

The AI handles three tasks: it proposes hazards and controls for risk assessments, captures the information in safety data sheets and prepares draft operating instructions. All suggestions cite their source and only become binding once a competent person has reviewed and approved them. AI features can be switched off.

Can EHS Go be integrated with our IT?

Yes – via single sign-on with your identity provider, a REST API for exchanging data with other systems and, if required, document storage in your own environment such as Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure or MinIO.

Can existing documents be migrated?

Yes. Risk assessments, substance lists, operating instructions, inspection registers, users and training records are migrated from Excel, Word or other systems during onboarding.
