Product and features

What is EHS Go?

EHS Go is EHS software for mid-sized manufacturers. It brings risk assessments, chemical management, safety training, equipment inspections, site inspections, corrective actions, operating instructions and visitor management together on one platform – in the browser and as an app for iOS and Android, with AI assistance and hosting in Germany.

What does EHS stand for?

EHS stands for Environment, Health and Safety; HSE and SHE are used with the same meaning. EHS Go focuses on health and safety: occupational health and safety, safe use of work equipment and hazardous substances.

Which companies is EHS Go suitable for?

For mid-sized manufacturing companies with one or more plants – in metalworking, machinery and plant engineering, automotive supply, chemicals and plastics, food and packaging, and production and warehouse logistics. Corporate groups with many sites receive a custom quote.

Which health and safety duties does EHS Go support?

The core duties under German and EU health and safety law: risk assessment and its documentation, safety training, inspection of work equipment, the hazardous substances register and operating instructions, workplace inspections, follow-up of corrective actions, briefing of contractors and the minutes of the safety committee. The same structure supports an ISO 45001 management system.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The iOS and Android app complements the web app: for inspections and photos on site, for confirming training and as a visitor kiosk at reception. It works without a network connection and synchronises automatically.

Which AI features does EHS Go offer?

The AI handles three tasks: it proposes hazards and controls for risk assessments, captures the information in safety data sheets and prepares draft operating instructions. All suggestions cite their source and only become binding once a competent person has reviewed and approved them. AI features can be switched off.

Does EHS Go replace the safety specialist?

No. In Germany, support from a safety specialist and an occupational physician remains a legal requirement. EHS Go does reduce the effort spent on documentation, deadlines and follow-up, leaving more time for actual prevention work.

Pricing and contract

How much does EHS Go cost?

The EHS Go Enterprise plan costs €499 per month and site. Contracts signed in 2026 keep this price for 2 years; the standard rate of €1,000 applies afterwards. It includes every module, the mobile app and phone support for sites with up to 250 employees; all prices exclude VAT. Corporate groups and larger sites receive a custom quote.

What is included in the price?

All eight modules, safety committee minutes, document storage, the dashboard, the mobile app, user management with roles, API access and phone support. There are no add-on modules or feature tiers.

Are discounts available?

With annual billing we charge 11 months instead of 12. Groups with several plants receive a custom quote.

What counts as a site?

Billing is per site you manage in EHS Go – a plant, a secondary plant or an external warehouse, for example. The Enterprise plan covers sites with up to 250 employees; larger plants and corporate groups receive a custom quote.

Are prices quoted net?

Yes. All prices are per month and site, excluding statutory VAT. EHS Go is aimed exclusively at businesses.

Can I see EHS Go before deciding?

Yes. In a personal demo we walk you through the platform based on your requirements and answer questions about onboarding, data protection and integration.

Data protection and security

Where is the data stored?

In Germany. EHS Go runs at IONOS in German data centres, and the database is operated in an ISO 27001-certified environment.

Is EHS Go GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Data is stored in Germany, transmission and storage are encrypted, access is controlled through roles, and personal data such as visitor records is deleted automatically after defined periods. We provide a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Content you process with AI features is used solely for your request and is not used to train models.

Can we export our data?

Yes, at any time – through the REST API and as PDF and Excel exports. When your contract ends, you take all of your data with you.

Does EHS Go support single sign-on?

Yes. Employees sign in with their company account, for example via Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Keycloak or Auth0. Users are managed centrally in your directory.

Can we run EHS Go in our own infrastructure?

Yes, on request. Documents can be kept in your own storage, and for special requirements we operate the database or the entire application in your data centre.

Onboarding and support

How does onboarding work?

In four steps: a review of your processes and sites, migration of existing data, go-live with a short introduction, and step-by-step expansion to further areas, modules and sites.

Can existing documents be migrated?

Yes. Risk assessments, substance lists, operating instructions, inspection registers, users and training records are migrated from Excel, Word or other systems during onboarding.

Can EHS Go be integrated with our IT?

Yes – via single sign-on with your identity provider, a REST API for exchanging data with other systems and, if required, document storage in your own environment such as Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure or MinIO.

What support is available?

Personal support from our team in German and English – by email and by phone.
